Prices on our webshop are stated in euros and include the Finnish VAT of 24%. The prices don't include shipping fees and are subject to changes. Customers from non-EU countries are excluded from the Finnish VAT, but are responsible for possible import customs and VAT taxes in their own country.
We wish to provide you with the best selection of choices regarding fabrics, prints and colours. This means that we may not have every option in stock at all times, and hence the delivery time depends on our stock situation. The typical delivery times are:
-1-3 weeks for standard orders
-2-4 weeks for orders including any personalization
Personalization is done if so requested by you in the ‘Customer Note’ field in the order (See the 'Personalization' section).
If the delivery time is longer than the typical one, we will notify you as part of the order confirmation that is sent to the e-mail address specified by you. If the delivery time is not suitable for you, you can cancel the order within 24 hours from the order confirmation. Please note that the delivery time depends also on your city/country.
We offer multiple payment options on our website: Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card and Internet Bank. As our customer we value your privacy and all transactions on our website are secured.

Vestiarium ships internationally. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination. You can choose your shipping method on the checkout page. You can also choose to pick up your order from our retail store (Eerikinkatu 3, Helsinki).
Shipping inside Finland - 5,90€
Shipping inside the EU - 20€
Shipping outside the EU - 30€
Free shipping on purchases of 300€ and more.
We do our utmost to ensure you are happy with your Vestiarium purchase. If for some reason this is not the case, you can return purchased items within 14 days from the date you receive them. All items must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging within the time limit. The costs of returning a flawless purchase are paid by the customer. After we have received and accepted the returned items, we will issue a refund following your method of payment. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company.
Please note that personalized items, including ‘Made to measure’ can not be returned as they are personalized just for you. See the 'Personalization' section for details.
In case of reclaims contact us via phone or email. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, we will refund you the return costs and fix the item for you.
Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions. All information and personal data you provide us on our website is highly secured.
